* 2 Salem mangos – peeled, seeded and diced
* 1/2 cup Jaggery powder or Honey as your wish
* 2 cups plain yoghurt
* 1 cup ice

In a blender, combine mangos, yoghurt, Jaggery or honey as your wish and ice. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve. And also like adding a little lime juice to the mixture gives extra taste to your tongue.
